From strategic leadership issues on selection/placement of church leaders, leadership through prayer, ministering to the poor, problems resulting from greed, and how the heart of a leader must be postured, the letter Paul wrote to Timothy is really a guide for how to lead pastors/house church leaders. 1 Timothy has some controversial passages (especially chapter 2). It's been one of my favorite NT books or many years.
